Over the weekend "Haiti relief rivals" Sean Penn and Wyclef Jean had an intense confrontation during a music concert in Times Square. Get the deets on their verbal warfare inside and find out why Justin Bieber fans have beef with Esperanza Spalding and how they expressed their anger last night after the cut...
We told you earlier about the war of words between Sean Penn and Wyclef Jeans a few months ago, when Sean Penn attacked Wycle Jean for wanting to be President of Haiti saying, he has a "personality that threatens to create a new swell of social unrest in a plagued country."
Wyclef responded saying "I got a message for Sean Penn: Maybe he ain't see me in Haiti because he was too busy sniffing cocaine."
Well....the two fellas bumped into each other on Saturday at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in Times Square as both went to see Haitian band T-Vice perform.
Sources tell Page Six that the two men locked themselves in a backstage dressing room for a 30-minute argument before emerging, having made peace.
"They were both in the venue, and when they saw each other at around 1 a.m., they started a confrontation. Things seemed pretty tense, and everyone around them was nervous. They then asked staff if they could go somewhere private, so they were led into a dressing room backstage where they could be alone and shut the door. They weren't yelling and screaming, but they had it out and aired their differences for 30 minutes. When they came out they hugged each other, they went onstage and stood side-by-side," said a source.
It is good these two worked out their differences and perhaps they can start a charitable effort together to help Haiti in its time of need.

A few Justin Bieber fans took offense when he lost out on the Grammy for Best New Artist to jazzy artist Esperanza Spalding. So some fans took to her Wikipedia page and put a few nasty comments.
According to MTV.com, random facts and taunts were added to the site and then quickly removed. For example, after a sentence talking about her victory, a user added the statement, “Justin Bieber deserved it go die in a hole. Who the heck are you anyway?”
Although Justin shared in his fans’ frustration, he told MTV News,
“I’m not going to lie — I was disappointed. But, you know, I’m gonna come back [next year] and we’ll take a few home.”
And when Justin saw Esperanza backstage at the Staples Center the two artists shook hands.
Esperanza was just as surprised by the win as everyone else.
“I was one of those [surprised] people. It was so unexpected, that’s the truth. I’m grateful to all my people in my big musical family that have given me so much support and help over the years. I don’t really think this is for me; it’s for all of us. And I wish they could all be here to put one finger on this with me.”
Congrats to Esperanza and hopefully Justin's young fans will take the high road like their idol.

Up and about bright and early on Monday morning (February 14), Kate Hudson and Matt Bellamy were spotted grabbing a Valentine's Day breakfast in West Hollywood, California.
The ?You, Me and Dupree? actress and her Muse beau stopped by Fred Segal followed by a bakery shop visit at which Ms Hudson picked up some pastries.
Just last night, a dolled up and preggers Kate gleefully watched Matt snag up a Grammy for Best Rock Album.
While on stage, Bellamy gave a shout out to Hudson, saying, "I'd like to give a special thanks to my beautiful pregnant girlfriend over there.?

Jennifer Aniston celebrated her 42nd birthday Friday night in New York City, with a small group of celebrity friends. The Just Go With It actress headed to The Spotted Pig, where she met up with costar Adam Sandler, Hugh Jackman and Chris Rock.
"They were having a great time. I think Jennifer just loves being surrounded by funny people," a source told UsMagazine.com, of the pals who partied in a private room of the restaurant. "They were laughing the entire night, really enjoying the food."
In addition to her N.Y.C. fete, Aniston planned to head off on birthday vacation with friends. Her trip itinerary? "Get up, have breakfast, have a workout, do something great outside," she told People.com.
Aniston says her attitude about life these days couldn't be better. "I would think that it's sort of so innocuous, it's a positive thing," she said. "It's truly just about having pure fun."

The performances from last night's 53rd annual Grammy awards were all out big-top productions with surprise guests, slick dance moves and Muppets. And who doesn't love a good Muppet? Come inside and see pics and highlights from the show.

I was not blown away by this performance but the audience seemed really excited by the Usher/Justin Bieber collab. And people really got excited when Jaden Smith took to the stage. Look closely and you will see that Will and Jada know all the words to Jaden's rap. I bet they helped him rehearse at home all week. They looked like proud parents.
The next performance was one of my favorites as it proved that the geeks can be "the cool kids." In a performance that mixed the old and the new, the classy with the street and covered several genres of music, I was in awe of B.O.B., Bruno Mars, and Janelle Monae.
And with a very bright backdrop, Cee-Lo Green performed his hit YouTube clip "F*ck You" with the Muppets. Then all of a sudden, Gwyneth Paltrow hit the stage. And guess what, she sounded pretty good. And there was no auto-tune either.

And another huge production number was Eminem who had Rihanna and Dr. Dre as backup. Again, this was another "much hyped" performance that fell a little flat for me.

Rihanna performed a medley of hits that included a walk-on with Drake.
Bonus:

Let's take another look at Nicki Minaj's outfit. Thoughts?

Performing her new song ?Born This Way? for the first time, Lady Gaga took the stage at the Grammy Awards earlier tonight (February 13).
The ?Bad Romance? songstress was wheeled out in a sort of ?womb? bubble from which she emerged to join a stageful of backup dancers.
And Gaga was looking fit and fine in her yellow sports-bra-style top teamed with a yellow skirt and matching heels.
Halfway through the performance, she made her way to the massive pipe organ onstage, complete with mannequin heads.
By the time she was done singing, Lady Gaga had won over the entire Staples Center audience with her sure-to-be hit single.

Coldplay's new British stamps

On Thursday (January 7), the U.K.'s Royal Mail unveiled a series of 10 new stamps, honoring the most iconic album covers of the past 40 years.
The albums featured in the new series are the Rolling Stones' Let It Bleed, Led Zeppelin's IV, David Bowie's The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars, Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells, The Clash's London Calling, New Order's Power, Corruption and Lies, Primal Scream's Screamadelica, Pink Floyd's The Division Bell, Blur's Parklife and — the most recent album on to make the cut — Coldplay's A Rush of Blood to the Head.
Meant to honor "the most potent graphic images of modern times, many of which have provided a visual soundtrack to people's lives," the series is the end result of a lengthy research process by the Royal Mail, who looked through thousands of album covers by British artists before deciding on the final list. And, during a Wednesday night BBC Radio broadcast, it was revealed that the queen herself actually approved each design.
Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page — who helped design the cover for IV — was on hand to celebrate the release of the stamps and recalled the mysterious nature of the album's iconic imagery.
"Almost 40 years after the album came out, nobody knows the old man who featured on the cover, nor the artist who painted him," he said. "That sort of sums up what we wanted to achieve with the album cover, which has remained both anonymous and enigmatic at the same time."
Of course, any great honor is befitting of an equally great contest, so, on the same day the stamps were made available to the general public, Coldplay decided to give one of their Rush of Blood stamps away. In a message on their official site, the band held a contest to send one lucky fan "a letter using a Coldplay stamp, postmarked with today's issue date."
"We visited our local post office earlier today and bought some of the Coldplay stamps," the message read. "Very nice they are too."
