David Boreanaz was accused of sexually harassing an extra on his hit FOX series, 'Bones.'

A woman who appeared on the FOX show "Bones" has dropped a sexual harassment lawsuit against the series' star David Boreanaz.

Attorney Gloria Allred filed a dismissal of the case on behalf of Kristina Hagan on Monday. She said the case had been "resolved" but provided no further details.

Hagan sued Boreanaz, 41, and 20th Century Fox Television in July for more than $25,000 on sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims.

She claimed the actor repeatedly tried to kiss and fondle her several times after she appeared as an extra on the show in August 2009.

Though the actor's spokeswoman denied the allegations, Boreanaz has admitted to extramarital affairs in the past.

Last May, he revealed to People that his nine-year marriage to Jaime Bergman had "been tainted with my infidelities."

"I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with," the former "Angel" star said.

"She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion."

The unnamed mistress was also represented by Allred, however it was never established whether she was the same person who filed the harassment suit.

By December, however, the actor seemed to have repaired the damage done to his marriage. An eyewitness told the Daily News that Boreanaz and Bergman "were constantly laughing and dancing" at a holiday party.

The couple has an 8-year-old son, Jaden, and a 1-year-old daughter, Bella.

Two Contestants Booted from American Idol

Two Contestants Booted from American Idol | Jennifer Lopez

From left: Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez and Randy Jackson

Frank Micelotta/FOX

There are no more second chances.

With the judges' one save used on Casey Abrams last week on American Idol, "no one can escape the outcome" of the public's 55 million votes, announced Ryan Seacrest at the start of Thursday's results show. And it was two singers destined to go, not just one. Even so, the show was something of a relief after the topsy-turvy Casey incident.

Spoiler Alert! Keep reading if you want to find out who got booted.

Thia Megia and Naima Adedapo were sent home.

This should have surprised no one ? least of all Naima and Thia, who've had their share of ups and downs. They've never seemed secure in the competition.

Naima never quite settled on how to fuse the different notes in her voice ? blues, jazz, soul, pop. Not to mention dance moves. She fumbled badly Wednesday with her reggae version of "I'm Still Standing." She didn't find a comfortable groove with it, and she didn't help matters by starting with a spoken introduction that tried to elevate the song into some sort of all-purpose anthem of triumph for difficult times.

And Thia? Ah, Thia! She has a lovely voice ? one of the season's best ? but her consistency was her downfall. She tended to sing at the same emotional temperature from week to week. Even "Heat Wave" couldn't move the thermometer. She was most comfortable with melancholy pop: You always felt umbrellas should be distributed to the judges and studio audience in case tears started raining. She just wasn't the sort to seize the moment onstage.

Thia and Naima were joined in the bottom three by Paul McDonald.

There has always been the issue of whether viewers really "get" such an unusual voice on the Idol stage, where ballad queens like Pia Toscano dominate so easily. Well, this indicates that Paul's whispery pop-folkiness may be wearing out its welcome. "Rocket Man" was in fact one of his better performances, but Randy Jackson and Jennifer Lopez were somewhat reserved.

Casey avoided the bottom three altogether this time, either because viewers liked his toned-down delivery on "Your Song" or they were still shaken up/moved by his dramatic turnaround at the end of last week's results show.

Stefano Langone, who'd joined Casey in the bottom two on that same show, also stayed safe this time. And will probably stay so for a while.

The show, thank goodness, bagged the cheesy group medley that usually opens the results hour. Instead we got Lauren Alaina and Scotty McCreery singing a duet of a very relaxed "I Told You So" that earned an ovation from the judges ?. Naima and Jacob Lusk singing a less relaxed cover of Asford & Simpson's "Solid" (at the end of which Naima was informed she was in the bottom three) ? Haley Reinhart, Pia and Thia harmonizing smoothly, if blandly, on Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" (at the end of which Thia was dispatched to join Naima) ? And Paul, Casey, Stefano and James Durbin forming a chipper but uneven quartet for "Band on the Run" (at the end of which Paul became the last of the Unhappy Three).

It was an effective way of giving all the performers another opportunity to shine while bundling the doomed ones off to the guillotine.

Katie Holmes Explains ?Penis Gummies? Fiasco

Actress Katie Holmes had a rather embarrassing incident involving her daughter Suri and a box of ?penis gummies?.  Check out Katie?s explanation on the Ellen DeGeneres show below.

Katie Holmes, wife to actor Tom Cruise, took her daughter Suri to a restaurant in New York, where the cute little girl was photographed holding a box of naughty gummies.

Holmes was shocked and explained to Suri, ?they?re not Swedish Fish?.

In her interview for the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Katie, 32, laughed about the incident, saying,  ?We go in and we are waiting for a table and she grabs some gummies that are boy part gummies. I was horrified.?

Katie couldn?t even bring herself to say the name so spelled out, ?P-e-n-i-s gummies.?

Holmes laughed and added, ?They are called p-e-n-i-s gummies and they look like it. She was holding the box and I was like okay, wow we don?t need that right now.

?Because I thought if I said ?put that back!? and then she?s going to say, ?what is this?? And I really didn?t want to have that conversation.

?I was like, why are they selling these here? This is for kids. And then it was on the cover of a magazine that I?m giving her those gummies.?

The actress tried not to make a huge ordeal out of it and had them put back on the shelf, but not before little Suri was photographed holding the obscene gummies.

Pretty funny!

'Source Code' bends time, and minds

By Claudia Puig, USA TODAY

Though ads give it a time-travel focus, Source Code is a high-octane mind game best enjoyed by following a key character's advice: "The Source Code is a gift. Don't squander it by thinking."

  • Michelle Monaghan and Jake Gyllenhaal try to stop a terrorist by traveling through time to prevent an attack.

By Jonathan Wenk, Summit Entertainment

Michelle Monaghan and Jake Gyllenhaal try to stop a terrorist by traveling through time to prevent an attack.

Mashing up Groundhog Day with sci-fi thrillers like The Sixth Sense and TV series Quantum Leap, this adrenaline-infused "time reassignment" tale also sprinkles in romance, as well as a touching moment of redemption.

Holes in logic get swept aside by the brisk pace and stimulating tale. And the premise ? a man who has to relive the same eight minutes to avert disaster ? is more engaging than it sounds.

Jake Gyllenhaal plays the much-decorated Capt. Colter Stevens, a helicopter pilot whose last mission was in Afghanistan. He inexplicably wakes up on a commuter train bound for Chicago. Befuddled, he tries to gauge his surroundings while chatty passenger Christina (Michelle Monaghan) refers to him as Sean. His most disorienting moment comes when he looks in a bathroom mirror and sees another man's face staring back at him.

It turns out our man is on a mission to locate a terrorist responsible for the imminent bombing of the train he's on. He receives orders via video from Officer Goodwin (Vera Farmiga), a mysterious but sympathetic military operative. He's able to piece together his current state, thanks to the overbearing exposition provided by Dr. Rutledge (Jeffrey Wright), who's in charge of this military experiment.

Essentially, Rutledge's scientific endeavors enable Colter to go back in time and cross over into another man's identity, reliving his final minutes. Colter bounces in and out of both scenarios in an effort to find the bomber and ward off additional attacks. It's explained by some far-fetched pseudo-science about salvaged sensory experiences and human consciousness. Like we said, don't ponder it too much.

Source Code
* * * out of four

Stars: Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan, Vera Farmiga, Jeffrey Wright
Director: Duncan Jones
Distributor: Summit Entertainment
Rating: PG-13 for some violence, including disturbing images, and for language
Running time: 1 hour, 34 minutes
Opens Friday nationwide

Director Duncan Jones' last film, Moon, which starred Sam Rockwell, was more cerebral, claustrophobic and unnerving. Source Code has a broader action sensibility and a more mainstream hero.

Gyllenhaal conveys a palpable sense of disorientation in the beginning but segues somewhat too soon from confusion into action-hero mode, slightly undermining his character's credibility. In the race against time, he spends several precious minutes indulging in flirtatious repartee with Christina and lightly jokes around as he shuttles between worlds. He's not given to introspection, which is probably a good thing, given the admonition against thinking while in Source Code state.

Monaghan is sweetly cheery, and Farmiga brings depth and compassion to a straightforward role. The film's weakest point is its banal conclusion, though it does raise the intriguing question of how one might choose to spend the last minutes of life.

Michael Buble has married his fiancee Luisana Lopilato.

The 'Haven't Met You Yet' hitmaker - who has been dating the actress since 2008 - tied the knot with the Argentinean beauty in a civil ceremony in Buenos Aires earlier today (31.03.11).

While the nuptials were relatively low-key, the couple happily posed for a mob of fans after the wedding before Luisana - dressed in a violet gown - tossed her bouquet of pruple orchids into the crowd.

We are doing one in Argentina and that's for her close family, and then we are doing one in Vancouver.

It is believed the couple, who announced their engagement in January, will be hosting a larger ceremony for 300 guests at a mansion outside the Argentinean city next month.

In addition to the pair's South American nuptials, Canadian-born Michael recently announced plans to host a second wedding in Vancouver.

He said: "We are doing one in Argentina and that's for her close family, and then we are doing one in Vancouver."

However, the 35-year-old star - who previously dated actress Emily Blunt - joked the pair had originally planned on tying the knot on April 29, but was concerned the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton would overshadow his nuptials.

Michael explained: "I was going to do it on the 29th but I figured I wouldn't get any press."
